Revive, Restore, and Relaunch.

R3 conferences are designed to be catalytic events that bring a host tools and powerful resources to assist, encourage, and challenge pastors, men’s ministry leaders, and men of God to grow deeper in their walk with Jesus Christ.

All R3 events begin with REVIVE – The church desperately needs men to rise up and lead. Pastor’s, Mothers, spouses, girlfriends, sisters, children…all are praying for the men in their life to experience revival in their relationship with God. R3 events are intentionally designed to provide an atmosphere focused on reviving spiritual relationships for men.

“Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?” – Psalm 85:6 (ESV)

Once God’s people are revived, they are RESTORED – God’s Word speaks about restoration many times. R3 events provide an environment and resources that can be the catalyst for restoring the heart and soul of a man.

“He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” – Psalm 23:3 (ESV)

“Restore unto me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit” – Psalm 51:12

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself, restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” – 1 Peter 5: 8-11 (ESV)

Once a man has experienced revival through the work of the Holy Spirit and God has rightfully been restored to His place of authority over a man’s life, that man is ready to be RELAUNCHED – to serve in his home, community, church and workplace.

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”” – Matthew 28:18-20 (ESV)

Unique features of the R3 Men’s Conference: 

• For Men Only – R3 Men’s Conferences are designed to reinforce the God-given desire and vision of lead/senior pastors, pastors and men’s ministry leaders to engage, ignite, equip, and encourage the men within their congregation. Typically, men who attend return from these conferences revived, restored, and ready to relaunch as God’s willing servants.
• Any Man, Any Age – R3 Men’s Conferences are beneficial for men of all ages (13 and up). We intentionally craft a day that promotes and encourages intergenerational ministry. Many of the seminars are tailored to be specific to men in different seasons of life. This conference is for all men, not just leaders and/or pastors.
• Local – R3 Men’s Conferences serve as a catalytic event and resource for local churches. R3 is a conference series designed and developed by Ministry Alliance Network, and is held at a local church for the local churches in the region. MAN serves local churches by equipping them to reach, disciple, and mobilize men.
• One Day – R3 Men’s Conferences are a single-day event. The conference day is Saturday and generally runs from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM. No overnight. One trip. One meal out of the house. We like to keep it simple! (It is important to note that Ministry Alliance Network acts as a local, on-the-ground ministry and continues to serve local churches fifty-two weeks a year to equip, disciple, and mobilize their men.)
• Equipping – The R3 Men’s Conference is exhortative to men but is primarily about equipping men who are in every stage of their walk with Christ. We feature sixteen different equipping seminars with topics and discussion designed specifically for men. With over 22,000 men surveyed over the years, we are intentional in selecting subject matter and speakers that are relevant and appeal to men from various walks of life. The day opens and closes with all the men together for a time of masculine worship and powerful messages from gifted keynote speakers.
• Critical Mass – At any given R3 Men’s Conference, you will find hundreds of Christian men joined together for worship, relationship and discipleship. Each event is usually attended by 500 to 1000 men. Christ moves in mighty ways when His men gather in His name!
• Valuable Resources – At each R3 Men’s Conference, we strive to bring men resources that are created to revive, restore, and relaunch men to go and make Kingdom impact within their families, churches, communities, and workplaces after the conference. We work with other ministries on a local, regional, and national basis to offer the very best equipping resources to men and churches.
• Annual Event – R3 Men’s Conferences occur once annually in each region, generally in the same location and in the same spot in the calendar. They have become a recognized resource that local churches can trust and depend on. At the moment, R3 conferences occur throughout Northern California and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. However, we are open to God’s leading and the expansion of this encouraging conference series to other regions.
