In the Biblical story of Gideon, the Israelites were called to battle an army of 135,000 Midianites. The Lord told Gideon to let the fearful men go home, and that only a select number were going to be needed for the upcoming battle. When the Lord chose only 300 out of the original 32,000 men to remain in the Israelite army, this no doubt presented quite a challenge of faith for Gideon. How could he ask these men to do the seemingly impossible & fight this lopsided battle with him?
As the story continues, Gideon and the 300 made the choice to place their faith & trust in the power & might of the Lord, even though they faced insurmountable odds. The Lord gave Gideon & those faithful men a miraculous victory, and they defeated the Midianite army, giving the Israelites the victory they needed to continue fulfilling God’s promise for His people.

Here’s Our Challenge
Ministry Alliance Network/R3 is looking for Gideon’s Army of 300. We are looking for 300 people to commit & sign up to give $20.00 a month to partner with MAN/R3 to handle the explosive growth God has laid out in front of us to continue our Northern California outreach dedicated to reaching, training, equipping, and encouraging men in the 97th LEAST Bible minded regions of the United States. We are lovingly, but boldly, challenging like-minded individuals, churches, and business leaders to step up and join with us to come into alignment with God’s calling for men. Men are called to be husbands, fathers, brothers and friends who represent integrity, compassion, and Christ-centered strength – not only at home, but also in the workplace and the church. Wives are looking for spiritual leaders, children are looking for heroes, and pastors are searching for modern day “Aarons and Hurs” to come alongside them to help support the call. Ministry to men is one of the most misunderstood and underserved ministries in the church.
Ministry Alliance Network/R3 continues its ministry of intentionally building and connecting Christ-centered faith communities in six strategic regions throughout Northern California. In the past 15 months alone, by God’s grace and through our prayer nights, leadership workshops, R3 conferences, and other community outreach efforts, we’ve come face-to-face with over 4850 pastors, men’s ministry leaders, and God’s men. We have earned favor with denominational leaders, local and regional leaders, churches, and other para-ministries. Doors are opening and we are considered a trusted resource.

We are a small and efficient team of 5 people. We need financial support to sustain this exciting and explosive growth. There is only so much we can do with our limited resources – that’s why we are asking for your help.
