Pastor James Steiner- Founder/CEO/Chief Servant
James brings over 40 years-experience and a diverse wealth of growth knowledge.
In 1987, James recognized that all companies lack resources at times and need a strategic, seamless support arm to assist in developing efficiencies and productivity to hit and sustain their revenue objectives.
In his capacity as CEO/Founder of Alliance Group International, James assisted more than 600 organization, which included 130 start-ups, in planning and executing high-performance go-to-market strategies throughout North America and 27 European countries.
James has developed and deployed innovative and accelerated marketing and sales processes and programs that have been adopted by Fortune 100 companies. AGI’s Core Methodology outperforms traditional sales and marketing models to the delight of AGI clients, from start-ups to major corporations.
James currently serves as CEO/Chief Servant at Ministry Alliance Network and brings all of his years of experience in praying, planning and executing best practices for strategic growth throughout the entire business enterprise.
James leads the team that serves both the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors providing guidance that gets to the root of the challenge. His collaborative approach brings together creative and innovative solutions to validate best practices within processes, programs, and tools to boost both financial and spiritual returns. His team specializes in using research, prayer, proven God-given business techniques, and ongoing coaching to ensure continued success and growth.
James came to Christ in 1993, at age 33, thanks to God’s pursuit of him through a vibrant men’s ministry at a church in the East Bay Area of San Francisco. Serving the Lord since 1994, Pastor James is committed to helping Christ centered organizations achieve their goals and objectives. He has been passionately encouraging and equipping others about the love, mercy, and the powerful inheritance of Jesus Christ. He has been involved in kingdom/ministry development and deployment for over 22 years growing churches, para-church ministries and businesses in all capacities – from Chief Servant, Strategic Planner, to Prayer Warrior. He has engaged and equipped over 950 churches, para ministries, and businesses around the US. James loves to call attention to all of God’s promises and resources to encourage and equip pastors, community and business leaders.
Whitney Cunningham-Steiner – Co-Founder/Vice President Client Services
Whitney is the Co-Founder of Ministry Alliance Network and has over 29 years of experience managing operations and finance for domestic and international businesses, churches and ministries.
Prior to co-founding Ministry Alliance Network, Whitney served as COO/CFO of Alliance Group International and was the chief architect of the systems and processes used to deliver high impact, measurable and accountable services on client programs in North America and EMEA region.
Whitney currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Ministry Alliance Network. She is charged with developing operational strategies and policies necessary to execute business plans according to their specific business goals and model.
Whitney brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh approach to developing business processes, systems and tools to streamline interior office departments from administration/operations, finance, human resources, supply chain and customer service.
Her understanding of operational systems and hands-on expertise allows her to adapt well to any environment she finds herself in and knows that all business depend on talented individuals working as a team.
Whitney is passionate about bringing order to chaos, delivering best practices thru triaging and diagnosing quickly to determine priority, and is a strong proponent of allowing data to guide decisions.
Brandon Aldridge – Director of Ministry Support Services
Brandon serves as our Director of Ministry Support Services. For the past 7 years, he has been the connection hub for 1000’s of pastors, Men’s Ministry Leaders and lay leaders alike, where he fosters relationships, walks point on daily interactions and provides encouragement, coaching, and ground-level insight on rallying men.
Brandon is the voice behind our ministry support hotline and is always available to encourage and equip churches with coaching and proven tools that will assist them in praying, planning, and executing vibrant ministries for men. Brandon works closely with MAN’s Chief Servant in building targeted communities.
You will always find him at MAN conferences & events, as he loves seeing men filled with passion for ministry in their homes, churches and communities. Brandon makes his home in Coeur d’Alene, ID with his amazing wife and five wonderful children.
Tim McWhorter – Global Media and Marketing Communication Specialist
Tim serves on Ministry Alliance Network’s Leadership Team and functions as our Global Media and Marketing Communication Specialist. With over 20 years of business experience and 25 years of church experience (serving as a deacon, elder, and in youth ministry) Tim’s focus is on providing leadership insight, maintaining our website, communicating via social media, writing our monthly newsletter, and providing graphic design assistance on all of our communication platforms. Tim lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is happily married to Tracy, and has four children.
Casey Stoddard – Media & Graphics Assistant
Casey has been working with the Ministry Alliance Network team for over four years. She provides web and print design support as well as assisting with social media communication and web maintenance. Casey lives in Spokane, Washington with her husband, two cats, and bearded dragon.
